3D Scanning

Our factory can scan the customer’s samples, then we will create the 3D model & 2D drawing based on the scanning data, and identify raw material & heat treatment & surface finishing based on samples and define tolerance requirement based on the part application, which will help customer to convert one sample into one available production drawing if customer has only samples but no any drawings or Spec.

Design & Process Optimization

Our Engineering department has much experience in design & process. We will provide many suggestions about raw material, fitting tolerance, roughness, heat treatment, surface finishing, constructure and assembly. we will also optimize process sequence to enhance efficiency and be cost down
